Webinar:  Is it Fraud? Demonstrating Intent in White Collar Cases

Course Description:  In this class, we will discuss some of the difficulties fraud examiners may encounter proving intent in white collar cases. We will discuss how fraud examiners can use documentary evidence to help demonstrate intent.

• Discuss how documentary evidence can help support intent

• Examine case studies where documents played a key role in supporting intent
